I’m driven by the belief that genuinely brilliant ideas are the product of action. The spark comes from banging ideas together, getting started and watching for the course correction opportunities that seem to happen every time. Similarly, I agree with General Patton that “a good plan violently executed now is better than a perfect plan next week.”

My approach is aimed at helping the three teams that kindle growth work together and identify where focused energy will best increase revenue potential, customer satisfaction and the organization’s ability to execute.
